For the "Young-Old" (Active Seniors aged 50–70), managing health has become a second job. Despite being tech-literate, this demographic is often underserved by digital health platforms that prioritize clinical data over human comprehension.

To gain a holistic view of the healthcare 'handover,' we synthesized quantitative data from 74 seniors with qualitative insights from 5 active seniors and 1 primary care physician, bridging the gap between patient experience and clinical reality.

To bridge the gap between raw research and actionable strategy, I used Affinity Mapping to synthesize data from 74 survey participants and 5 deep-dive interviews. By clustering hundreds of qualitative observations, I identified four strategic pillars—Cognitive, Emotional, Systemic, and AI Opportunity—transforming fragmented user pain points into a structured roadmap for design intervention.

To solve this, I designed an Information Architecture that prioritizes minimalist hierarchy. The system is built on two primary pillars: Memos and Chats. By keeping the Ambient Sync and AI Chatbox as persistent global actions, I ensured that the tool to capture or clarify information is never more than one tap away.
